Meeting with boss and tasks as below:

1. adding average trajectory for “term”/”pre-term birth”/”post-term birth”; seeting function to hide/show

2. adding more  data in with more risk factors (need to contact Trish)

3. reading stastical analysis knowledge (1/2 SD, correlation matrix;  Eigenvalue Analysis; principal component analysis;

4. reading preterm birth paper/journal/book

5. trajectory analysis (define criteria) <– this is important 

Meeting with boss:

1. Visualize data in differnt ways

2. Finding relationship between multiple parameters

3. Should think other approach ways to conduct

4. Adding more data in the database and visualize them

Meeting with Guillermo:

1. Reading paper for project

2. Thinking about detailed aim/outcomes

Meeting with Bruce:

1. Calculate the mean value for each parameters

2. Use standard deviation to try to find the largest differnce between “term” and “preterm” 

1. Finding a pattern for “term birth” (Prog, Cortisol and Time).

2. Keep looking for patterns
