One Parameter: CRH (best), AFP, ALP, hCG, Prog
Two Parameters: CRH-AFP, CRH-ALP, CRH-hCG and CRH-Prog(best)
The results looks quite exciting….
2. Finished programming for calculating “Correlation Coefficient” for any two parameters with specific criteria(0.3) and specific type(preterm, term, postterm) –>CorrelationCoefficient(’CRH’, 0.2, ‘AFP’, ‘Postterm’)
1.Due to time limitation, I only focus on “Key time point” approach to predict preterm birth risk. As it may take time to re-calculate the “minimum preterm birth” approach’s “DataRecording”
2. Also, the risk for “key time point” is higher than “minimum preterm birth”, this may lead to a better “sensitivity/specifivity”
Needs to plot:
CRH, ALP, hCG, AFP (Single Parameter)
CRH-Cortisol, CRH-hCG, CRH-AFP, CRH-ALP (Multiple Parameters)
