Task on 16 July, 2007

1. Needs to calculate the ROC curve for both “min preterm birth” and “key time point”

2. Needs to calculate the “correlation coefficient” for both “min preterm birth” and “key time point”;

1. need to add a function to calculate the “correlation coefficient” for “all”

2. need to build a matrix for “preterm”, “term”, “postterm” and “all”

3. Work on validation

4. Prepare for “AE Rowden White Foundation” application <– Needs to be finished by Wednesday

5. Prepare PPT for “preterm birth prediction”

6. Finish a draft journal by the end of this month

7. Work on Peter’s journal

Task on 11 July, 2007

1. find a small mistake on risk (getRiskValue()<– I’ve changed the risk and needs to): <– Key time point

re-calculate the risk for each patient

plot the ROC curve to see the different

2. needs to work the same task for “min preterm birth” approach <– This needs to change the “DataRecording.mat” for multiple parameters to re-calculate the “birthing surface”…..

3. needs to build a matrix for “correlation coefficient”

4. needs to upgrade the function to calculate the “correlation coefficient” for “all” patients…..

5. work on validation <– start to catch first two points, first three points….

6. work on a presentation for David
